selected and announced at our general meeting in November.

All HOA members have the option of participating in our
email alert system. E-alerts are sent out to provide the following types of
information:
- Crime Alerts and VIP information
- Lost/Found pet information
- Notification of HOA social events
- Communication of pertinent neighborhood information
HOA members also receive a neighborhood directory with
current HOA member contact information in addition to valuable listings
including baby sitters, pet sitters, tutors, as well as a thorough listing
of useful community contact numbers.
Membership supports:
- Neighborhood Property Upkeep – Membership dues
provide the sole funding to support the water, electric and landscaping
costs of the Frankford Road entrance, ~$12,000 annually!
In addition to impacting overall property values, our entryway directly
impacts first impressions of visitors and potential homebuyers alike.
- Neighborhood Services – HOA volunteers are
instrumental in implementing programs that address safety (e.g., Crime
Watch, VIP, e-Alerts), zoning concerns, and traffic issues (e.g., stop
signs) in our neighborhood making our neighborhood safer for everyone.
- Neighborhood Fun – The HOA provides an avenue for
neighbors to get to know each other through Association events (most
notably the annual Spring Fling, the Holiday Party, and various
children’s parties supported in part by Mothers Together) and through
small group activities (dinner club, and book club). The result is an
enhanced feeling of community in our neighborhood.
Thank you for your participation in the coming year.
