“Mothers Together” moms meet monthly to
socialize, make friends, enrich their lives and take part in
monthly programs featuring guest speakers covering topics for
stay-at-home moms as well as working mothers. We are proud to
have had over 60 members last year and continue to grow every
year! Mothers Together is a wonderful mix of mothers including:
moms with newborns as well as moms with kids in college! |

| What: |
Charity: Every year our
President (changes yearly) picks a local charity to support.
This year our President, Kimberly Matteson, has chosen the
theme: “Make Your Home a Safe Haven” and Mothers Together will
be benefiting three charities aimed at helping Dallas women.
Programs: Some programs we have planned for
this year include: Life Balance: Organizing Your Life from the
Inside Out, Fiscal Fitness: Teaching it to Kids, What’s Healthy
and What’s Hype, What’s Cooking? with Meredith Deeds.
Children’s Parties: Mothers Together, with
support from the HOA, organizes and hosts three children’s
parties a year in Bentwood Park. We also host an annual
Halloween Fall Festival and 4th of July parade and party. |

| When: |
We meet on the second Tuesday of every month at
7PM from September to May. If that Tuesday falls on a holiday it
is re-scheduled. |

| Where: |
Members take turns hosting meetings at their
homes while rotating co-hostesses Provide appetizers, desserts,
etc. Wine and beverages are also provided. |

|
| Dues: |
Dues are $35 for the year if paid by the second
(October) meeting and $40 after that. This includes: beverages
at all monthly meetings, speaker fees/donations, children’s
parties entertainment and food, flyers and our end of the year
dinner. |
