The BT/BR/MC Homeowner's Association is a voluntary organization
dedicated to making this neighborhood a good place to live, work and raise
our families. We are active in maintaining common space areas, reducing
crime, providing social activities and keeping this neighborhood one in
which we can all be proud.
If you are new to the neighborhood, welcome. If you have lived in this
area a while and are not yet a member of the HOA I encourage you to join. If
you are interested in becoming active in the organization please volunteer
to help. Even a small amount of time can make a big difference to us.
