Reasons to join:

  • Our email alert system keeps you informed about crime and has also helped locate many lost pets.
  • We maintain one and a half miles of grass, trees, shrubs and an entryway. This requires weeding, watering and maintenance of a sprinkler system and electricity for lighting. This greenway helps maintain the value of our homes by providing a well tended entrance to our area.
  • We plant flowers twice per year and put out lights at Christmas.
  • The HOA funds emergency repairs to the wall along Frankford Road. As many of you know, since the wall is deteriorating fast we believe that a more comprehensive approach may be needed in the near future.
  • We post signs to remind homeowners when to put out bulk trash. • While the City of Dallas has legal control over road signs, road markings, lights and stop signs, we are often able to influence their decisions. We have initiated a number of improvements to traffic flow and stop signs in our neighborhood.
  • We publish an annual directory of our members.
  • We support children's parties, a Christmas party and the Spring Fling. Our social events are an opportunity for you to get to know your neighbor.
  • The HOA has a close relationship with Mother's Together that sponsors many other children's activities.
  • We operate a Volunteer in Patrol that helps to keep crime low in our area.
  • We currently offer a Neighborhood Dinner Group (previously the Gourmet Club) and in the past have operated a Book Club.
  • Our web site helps to provide you up to date information and a means to contact us.
